If your application was refused by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) we can make an online request through the Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) to provide you with the officer's detailed notes. The GCSM notes will be processed in a minimum of 30 days, and a copy of the file will be shared once available.  The price includes government fees.
